The Bay Area was my home for over 25 years where I studied at the McKinnon School of Professional Massage and practiced an Esalen style of bodywork in Berkeley, California. My life took a years-long detour as I went on a soul-searching journey to Atlanta, Las Vegas and San Diego working in the corporate environment.

Something was still missing in my life. I began a daily heart centered practice of meditation, journal writing and regular Reiki sessions which together led to life-changing personal growth and healing.

After so much outward searching I discovered that the truths I had been seeking were inside of me all the while. My spirit was renewed, and I was beginning to live my best life.

I had to share this practice with others, creating a practice that would hold space for others who wanted to begin their own healing journey.
